Typhoon SEPAT聖帕颱風 Made landfall 5:40am 8/18 at Hualien County. Highest rainfall has been in the mountains of Hualinen, 90mm. So far, most extensive flooding damage has been in Pingtung, Hualien & Ilan counties. The storm radius should be past the Island by Sunday morning 8/19. 上午05時40分8 / 18日在花蓮縣登錄陸，最高雨量在花蓮山區達90毫米，到目前為止,淹水損害最嚴重在屏東,花蓮及宜蘭縣，風暴半徑在去星期日上午8 / 19離開本島。 Once the storm passes Taiwan on Sunday 8/19 it will create a SW Flow effect which is forecast to deliver sustained heavy rains to all of Southern Taiwan for the next 3 to 4 days. 台灣星期日8 / 19雨過天晴，將帶來短波流的影響，預計未來3到4天.所有南台灣將持續大雨。
